Booked NGS Private Rides for an MCO airport pickup out to our vacation home in the Davenport / ChampionsGate area, and it's the easiest transfer we've had in Orlando.
Felipe tracked our flight and the driver was already waiting when we came out — no calls, no "I'm 10 minutes away," no waiting in the pickup garage with luggage and a tired kid. The car was spotless, the driver was in proper attire, cold water on board, and the car seat was included at no extra charge — that alone saved us the whole rental-car headache.
Price was locked in up front. No surge, no surprise at the end. We've used it both ways since and asked for Felipe's team every time.
If you're flying into MCO and heading out to a vacation home, just book this instead of guessing with an app. 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Felipe. I needed to get to a pretty remote area that I was completely unfamiliar with. As a solo female traveller, safety was important for me.
